Reality of HOPE Counseling and Educational Services (ROHCES) is a trusted private practice conveniently located in Northeastern Ohio. Founded in 2010 by Dr. Yvette Lester, ROHCES is built on a mission of hope, healing, and personal growth.
Dr. Lester is passionate about empowering individuals and families to navigate and overcome emotional, behavioral, mental health, and relationship challenges. At ROHCES, we are committed to delivering exceptional, client-centered care in a warm and welcoming environment. Our services are tailored to meet each client’s unique needs and are provided by a team of highly qualified, compassionate professionals.

Yvette brings a wealth of experience in working with victims of crime and trauma, specializing in behavioral modification for at-risk youth and adults, as well as cases involving child physical and sexual abuse. She offers a diverse range of services, including professional training, consulting, motivational speaking, and life coaching for individuals across all age groups. Yvette has delivered impactful trainings on critical topics such as grief and bereavement, domestic violence, teen dating violence, child sexual abuse, and personal safety both inside and outside the home.

Tiara has experience working with individuals with adjustment disorders, stress and trauma-related symptoms, ADHD and disruptive disorders, mood disorders, anger management, and parent-child relationship challenges.
